Overview
A fast-growing techno-media company created two AI influencers, an enlightened Monk and a curious female co-host, to make AI accessible through engaging conversations. The goal was to build a scalable content engine capable of producing hundreds of realistic, emotionally rich videos with consistent storytelling.
The Challenge
The project required a balance between creativity and scale, specifically regarding character genesis, mass production of hundreds of videos, and achieving realism through seamless lip-sync and authentic interactions. The content also needed to be localized for multiple languages and cultures while maintaining visual consistency.
The Solution
Nagent deployed its Human-in-the-Loop Agentic AI Flow using the Multi-Agent Workflow System (MAWS). This included AI influencer creation via the Metamorph Agent, script generation via the UGC Script Writer, and video execution through UGC Genie. Distribution was automated through social APIs, while human review ensured creative nuance and authenticity.
The Result
The collaboration produced 270 dialogue-driven videos over 6 months, resulting in 50K follower growth and over 5M organic views with 656K+ engagements. The project also enabled the expansion of personal AI influencer creation for individuals.
