Does customer data leave our cloud?

Not when Nagent is deployed in your private cloud on AWS, GCP or Azure, or on premise. The agents, their memory and the audit record run inside your perimeter, and no customer data leaves it.

How is customer data encrypted?

Customer data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and each tenant's data and agent memory are isolated from every other tenant's.

Can we audit what an agent did?

Yes. Every agent action is logged with who triggered it, what was executed and what was produced, in an append-only record you can export for regulatory review.

What stops an agent acting without permission?

Each agent works within its autonomy rung, its budget and its guardrails. Actions that spend budget, contact a customer or change a live site wait for a named approver, whatever rung the agent has reached.
