No Refund After Usage: Tokens are deducted once an API request is successfully sent for processing. As external provider costs are incurred immediately, refunds are not applicable after usage has occurred.
Token Adjustment for Unsuccessful Agent Runs: In cases where tokens were deducted despite a failed agent run, refunds or token credits may be issued either automatically or after review of a submitted request.
5. How We Share Your Information
