Vendor dossier / Ads & creative

Creatify

AI ad generator focused on turning product inputs into short-form video campaigns.

What it is

Official-source notesAds & creativescaling

Creatify lists video and image ad generation alongside Performance Agent, automations and ad-launch features. Brand spaces, seats and enterprise terms have package-specific limits. [V1] [V2]

Documented means the statement is present in the cited material. Capability effectiveness, customer outcomes and security assurances have not been independently audited here.

Promoted use cases

  • Turn product inputs into video ads
  • Generate avatar-based creative variants
  • Launch and analyze performance campaigns

Advertising AI spans several jobs: making assets, selecting variants, launching campaigns and changing media decisions. These jobs require different permissions and evidence. A generation tool can be excellent without running a campaign, and an autonomous advertiser should prove more than visual quality. Compare the specific part of the creative-to-media process being purchased.

Pricing and buying model

Published commercial evidence

$39 / month

Starter: 100 credits; $99 tier: 300 credits. Team and performance-agent scope varies by plan.

Budget for implementation, model and tool usage, data, human review and ongoing support. Credit units and outcome definitions differ between vendors. A missing numeric rate is marked unverified rather than replaced with an old third-party estimate.

Collaboration and governance

Confirm approval and spend boundaries for launch and performance agents; creative collaboration is not automatically budget governance.

The relevant unit of control is permission to launch creative or change a paid campaign. Inspect who can propose, approve, execute, interrupt and audit that action. Shared seats, shared content and a shared live agent session are different capabilities; require a demonstration of the one your process needs.

Evaluate memory correction, permission revocation and release control for updated instructions. An improvement loop should preserve the original evidence, proposed change, test results and named approver. A safety or security badge alone cannot establish those workflow properties.

Review and customer evidence

The public homepage displayed a 4.8/5 G2 badge when captured on 22 September 2026. Its underlying review population was not independently checked. Treat this as vendor-presented evidence and evaluate production quality using your own products, languages and ad formats. No independent aggregate rating is asserted.

Before relying on a testimonial, confirm the exact product, version, package, workload and baseline. Ask a relevant customer about setup effort, failed cases, ongoing manual work and support after launch. This dossier does not convert customer logos or vendor-hosted awards into independent proof.

Video credits versus the ad-spend authority of Performance Agent

Creatify’s help center documents a URL-to-video process that extracts product details to create video ads. Its free plan allocates 10 monthly credits, and its current credit guide prices video ads, avatar videos and AI Shorts at five credits per 15 seconds, rounded up. A 16-second variant can therefore use a different allowance from a 15-second version. Product-image and video tools have their own credit rules.

Its Performance Agent page says it can connect ad accounts, audit spend, launch campaigns and reallocate budgets; these are vendor-described capabilities, not evidence of a safe spend cap or improved return. The live Pro card lists Performance Agent and automations at $99 per month with 300 credits, two included seats and two brand spaces, while Enterprise offers custom scope and a done-for-you service. The product page names Meta, Google, TikTok and OpenAI Ads, but the pricing matrix specifically lists AI Performance Agent for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin. Confirm the selected channels and whether Google is available on the quoted plan rather than presenting the broader page as a Pro entitlement.

A paid-growth pilot should use the same product page and approved claims across variants, then log generation credits, edited and exported assets, connected ad accounts, proposed budget changes, final approver and actual platform spend. Ask for the enforceable campaign and daily budget ceiling, pause behavior, retry deduplication and action history. A creative performance prediction or vendor ROI claim is not an observed buyer result.

Fit, limitations and proof requests

Editorial assessment

Creatify now deserves evaluation beyond URL-to-video. The key distinction is whether optimization actions are observable and controlled as well as whether the content is usable.

Priority question: Can the agent change targeting or spend, and what enforceable cap and approval rule constrains it?

The evaluation owner should be the creative lead and media owner. Use accepted creative and experimentally measured campaign results as the business target. Judge the solution in its own stack role: a cloud runtime, a specialist production tool and a managed AI team can be complementary purchases.

Use-case evaluation plan

Brief to usable creative variations

Provide the same product images, audience, offer, dimensions and prohibited claims. Ask for a small portfolio of genuinely different concepts rather than superficial copy changes. Have a reviewer score factual accuracy, brand fit and production readiness without knowing which candidate produced the asset.

Measure: accepted concepts, edits per asset, rights issues and cost per approved variation.

Approval before campaign launch

Move an approved asset into a test campaign with explicit spend and audience boundaries. Change the offer after creative approval and require the workflow to identify the stale asset. Keep asset approval separate from approval to spend, because a correct image does not make a campaign configuration acceptable.

Measure: incorrect launches, approval provenance and adherence to spend boundaries.

A measured creative learning loop

Use a controlled media test with consistent audience, timing and budget assumptions. Record the number of impressions and conversions behind each conclusion. Ask the system to propose the next experiment while retaining losing results. A predicted performance score should remain a hypothesis until tested.

Measure: incremental performance, sample sufficiency and the quality of the next experiment.
